The room was great, loved the water view. Breakfast was great as well, made the stay better. Staff was friendly and personable. Liked the location. I wish I had stayed longer so I could've had a chance to use the gym but it looked well equipped.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Also, every time we would go to the market area to get water, they gave it to us for free. We weren’t expecting that!

The location of the hotel is optimal for a traveler using public transportation. The light rail line is in walking distance to the hotel. In addition, it's really close to a lot of amenities like restaurants and convenience stores.

Breakfast food and selection was good and breakfast staff was exceptionally nice. All the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the guys at the valet desk were efficient and courteous. Convenient to Pittsburgh light rail system with free service to PNC Park.

The staff were all amazing! Dave and Chris the valets, Natoya on housekeeping, and Deb and Stephanie at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. The free breakfast is also key if you can get there before it gets busy.

the location was perfect walking distance for what we were there for. we appreciated the free breakfast and the room was great. having vallet was nice as we were right in the city and didn't have to panic about it.

The room was wide and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was available every morning and there was gym that's open 24 hours. Great location in Downtown Pittsburgh. Nearby to bus stops and a rail station.

We stayed 5 nights, it was nice quiet accommodation. Front office staff always helpful with directions for us Aussie tourists. Breakfast had a great selection of food/drinks which was good. We would definitely stay here again. This place isn’t far from Public Transport aswell. I loved that they have a washing machine and dryer that you can use on floor - M which accepts card. Free washing powder and dryer sheets from the front desk.
